I have not done any buying or selling on the web. But generally speaking no, mercari does not change reviews.
10/8/22 When I tried to download it I got the message "Page can not be reached", so without the application the device would be useless. Now, the seller has 3 days to ship the item to the buyer. If it was marked delivered that is because the company who shipped the item, delivered the item ( they dont lie ). There is no buyer protection on this site. I have done NOTHING wrong! I feel that this is a scam, I sold the items and what my share. Huge federal crime, these platforms dont care, anything to make a buck. Why would they do that? Dang! 18,466 people have already reviewed Mercari U.S. No problem I could probably repurchase if I wanted to (havent yet). For more details, visit Mercaris shipping page. After 48 hrs, the system allowed me to send an email about the problem. 4 days is super fast to get something! I think Ill look into E-bay. Until then, Mercari holds the sellers payment but if the buyer fails to confirm the order within 3 days of delivery, Mercari will release the payment to the seller. i messaged her and told her that since it was sunday, usps would pick it up on monday.
